Vigilant Security Partners was founded by Ken Miller, a law enforcement veteran with over 26 years of command-level experience in the New Hampshire community. Throughout a career dedicated to public safety, I have managed high-stakes emergency responses, developed municipal safety protocols, and led the very teams that first responders rely on today.
Why I Started Vigilant
During my time in uniform, I noticed a recurring gap: small businesses, personal residences, and non-profits often face the same security challenges as large corporations, but they lack the budget for a dedicated “Director of Security.” They are often left choosing between expensive hardware they don’t need or “one-size-fits-all” plans that don’t work in the real world.
I started this company to provide a different path. As a solo consultant, I work directly with leadership teams in New Hampshire and Northern Massachusetts to build “human-centric” security. I don’t sell cameras or alarm systems; I provide the strategic intelligence and procedural training that actually keeps people safe.
